The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the “FSC Mauritius”) wishes to inform all its licensees falling under the category of Reporting persons as defined under the Financial Intelligence and Anti Money laundering ACT (FIAMLA) that they have to register with the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) within the prescribed deadline.
