Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEAs)

Mauritius has 11 TIEAs in force with other countries and is awaiting signature with 3 more. The MRA also has a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SARS concerning Avoidance of Double Taxation and Fiscal Evasion.
