Established in 1999, ITL is licensed by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission to provide a plethora of services including structuring, formation and administration of various legal entities (companies, trusts, limited partnerships, foundations and funds), accounting and tax services, FATCA and CRS services, expatriate/relocation services.

Over the years, ITL expanded its global presence and opened offices in Singapore, Seychelles as well as representative offices in South Africa and Kenya.
