An awareness session on the Variable Capital Company (VCC) Act 2022 was organised by FSI this morning at the FSC House. The session was graced by the presence of the Hon.  Mahen Kumar Seeruttun who reiterated the importance of people development and capacity building to ensure the growth of our Mauritius IFC.

The session which was attended by over 100 licensees gave the opportunity to industry players to discuss with the FSC and MRA to obtain required clarification on the regulatory and fiscal regime of the VCC.
