On the 7th of January 2022, the European Commission tabled the attached regulation to amend the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016//1675 of the EU Parliament.  

Following the adoption of this regulation by the European Parliament, the delisting of Mauritius will be formalised by the publication of the updated list of High-Risk of Third Countries of the European Union by February 2022.
